PARMESAN CRUSTED CHICKEN
Ingredients
2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Egg
1 tbsp Water
1 tsp minced Garlic
half tsp Salt
half of tsp Black Pepper
2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
four tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
Cut each breast in 1/2 and pound to approximately half" thick.
Beat egg and water in a shallow bowl till blended.
Add garlic, salt and pepper and whisk to blend.
Place parmesan in every other shallow bowl.
Dip every piece of bird in egg combination making sure to coat.
Allow excess egg to drip off.
Place in parmesan. Sprinkle greater parmesan over pinnacle. Gently press, then turn and repeat on other side. Shake off excess. Repeat with closing chook.
Place butter and oil in a big skillet over high warmth.
Place chicken and do no longer pass till edges brown (in order that cheese sticks to fowl, approximately three minutes).
Lightly press with spatula then turn over and again do no longer flow till browned.
Lightly press with spatula and remove to serving plate.
